Meet Dr Anish Rawat M.D.

Memorial Village ER is Now Open and provides a BETTER choice for your emergency care. We have an amazing staff and wanted you to meet one of our favorite doctors – Anish Rawat M.D.

Dr. Rawat is an emergency room physician with over 7 yrs experience…. he trained at the world renowned Baylor College of Medicine and also boasts a masters degree from the University of Texas.

He completed his 2-year general surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine and went on to complete 4 years of emergency medicine in their level 1 trauma center.

Dr Rawat has multiple certifications (ATLS, ACLS, PALS) and his extensive experience includes being the Director of the Emergency Department at St Joseph’s Hospital.

Dr. Rawat has spent much of his life traveling around the world. Despite traveling to places like India, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Hungary, Austria, and more… his favorite place in the world remains the USA!

Since becoming a happy father of two, Dr. Rawat has taken to exploring the USA with his family. His most recent (and favorite) was quite an adventure…. a road trip to Yellowstone National Park. This was no easy feat considering that it was a 25-hour drive with his 1yr old daughter and a 2yr old son (Can you say “Are we there yet”).

We are excited to have Dr. Rawat as part of the Memorial Village ER team, his passion for medicine, his experience, and his patience with kids (grin) makes him the best at providing great ER care.
